Welcome to Adayo Cove Resort, a beautiful established full-service deluxe modern resort located in Barangay Tambisan-Siquijor! We are located less than 15 minutes from the ferry port area in Siquijor town, and approximately 30 minutes from the ferry port in Larena.

Adayo Cove has a full-service restaurant on the premises for all meals or snacks, and a deluxe large pool with a shallow end for small children, including an outdoor shower-area and several public restrooms.

Adayo is also a popular venue for weddings, coming-of-age celebrations, business meetings, and other events.   We have several outdoor pavilions and an indoor small conference room that are also available. We also have motorbikes available for rent on the premises.

The word "Adayo" comes from the owner's native Ilocano dialect and can be rendered in English as "far"- referring to our unique location.  Adayo Cove is located in a quiet, tranquil village directly by the ocean, next to a scenic ocean peninsula. We are unique on the island (indeed, also most of the Philippines) as the experienced owner has landscaped an authentic tranquil Japanese garden, including a "Zen" (karesansui) garden on the premises!

For plant lovers, our unique tropical landscaping around the entire premises resembles a small "botanical garden", with some plants not seen on the island, and the gardens are a favorite of locals and visitors alike. We also face the West-setting-sun directly for some of the most amazing sunset photos on the island every evening! Also convenient nearby (only about 5 minutes away by motorbike) is the island's iconic famous beach - Paliton Beach, aka "Little Boracay."

However, also part of our location's uniqueness is that we are also only 8-10 minutes away from the busy tourist zone in the next town. Thus our guests really enjoy the best of both worlds: "far" enough away to escape the noisy crowded tourist zone and the majority of high-tourist accommodations directly on the busy main highway, and yet only minutes away from the shopping and experiences of a typical tourist zone. Adayo Cove thus tries to fulfil a somewhat different niche than the busy tourist areas, appealing to those looking for more modern living quarters in a quiet relaxing environment with tranquil landscaping, while still able to enjoy easily exploring of everything the island has to offer.
