Marelle’s Seashell Museum
Nestled along the Circumferential Road in Tubod, San Juan, Marelle’s Underwater World Museum has grown from a passionate local collection into a celebrated marine boutique attraction. Founded in the late 2010s by community-driven shell enthusiast Marelle, the museum showcases over 500 species of seashells and marine specimens collected throughout the Philippine archipelago. Each specimen is thoughtfully displayed alongside educational signage, guiding visitors through the rich diversity of sea life.
But the museum is more than a shell exhibition, it’s a curated ocean-themed complex. Visitors may stroll through shaded botanical gardens, relax on a veranda overlooking lush greenery, or enjoy Filipino dishes at the on‑site restaurant & bar. A boutique gift shop offers affordable marine-inspired souvenirs and handcrafted shell artworks.
Open daily from roughly 7 AM to 10 PM, Marelle’s blends learning with leisure in a serene tropical setting. It’s ideal for families, students, or anyone curious about the sea, combining conservation awareness with aesthetic appeal and a warm, relaxed atmosphere.
